Deliveries & Returns

We ship worldwide!

Parcels are despatched in waterproof bags to avoid damage in transit.

All orders will, in normal circumstances, be dispatched on the day or by the end of the next working day following payment.

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver items the next working day, including Saturdays.
Deliveries may take longer than usual around Christmas time.

Delivery Charges

* UK Royal Mail First Class Delivery – £3.95 

The Royal Mail do their best to deliver first class items by the next working day and we usually find this to be the case. However this is not guaranteed.

* European Delivery Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery - £8.95 

We send fully tracked parcels to Europe at a cost of £8.95. These will be sent by airmail and should arrive within seven days of payment. This price does not include any local import duties or local taxes which may arise. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.

* Rest of the World Delivery Tracked and Signed Delivery – £11.95

We send fully tracked parcels to countries outside of Europe at a cost of £11.95. These may take up to four weeks but should arrive much sooner - usually within a week to 14 days.This price does not include any local import duties or local taxes which may arise. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.

* Next Day Delivery (UK only) - £3.00 extra

We can in normal circumstances fulfil a "next day delivery" order (within the UK) if notified in good time for an extra charge of £4.00 (total cost £7.95). Please contact us if you require an urgent delivery on: info@susannahcotton.co.uk or call 07910 850446.


Returns

The buyer may return any item within 21 days of receipt as long as the item is unwashed and unworn. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may choose a refund or exchange your item for another. If a refund is required, it will be credited to the original method of payment. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage (this is free) from the Post Office as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

Unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. It is also advisable to obtain a proof of postage (this is free) from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. Please download / print this pdf form which contains our address to put on your return package.

Faulty Items

Due to the nature of hand block-printed materials, inaccuracies can occasionally happen. This may be regarded as part of the item's charm as hand printed items are never exactly the same, so please bear this in mind when purchasing. However, if you do believe an item to be faulty (or not the item you ordered), please contact us on via the contact page and we will help sort out the problem as soon as possible. We are sure however that you will be overjoyed with your purchase and if so, please let us know!
