Outlet Gowns Explained
As our products are hand-printed, we occasionally find products with minor imperfections and sell them at discounted prices according to the level of the flaw. Quantities are low and in some cases only one or two of a particular design are available at any time.
Imperfections vary but typically include misprints, dark patches, slight bleach marks or small stitching issues. These faults do not spoil the overall look or feel of an item, but we feel unable to sell them at full price.
Occasionally, supply issues have meant some items carry less-than-perfect inner collar labels — these are also sold as outlet pieces.
Outlet items are sold on a non-returnable basis.
