Returns
We want you to love your Susannah Cotton robe. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
How to return
- Email us at info@susannahcotton.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
- Pack the item securely, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
- Send it back using a tracked service. We recommend obtaining free proof of postage from the Post Office.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
